The hood emblem on this bus shows a T444E. This is not correct. The VIN on
this bus shows a DT466 mechanical diesel. This is also not correct. Somehow,
this bus got caught up in the midst of a model year change and was built with
the 1998 emissions and a DT466E. Though the VIN shows a mechanical DT466
and the hood states a T444E, neither is correct. The bus has a six cylinder
DT466E, MT643 Allison automatic with locking torque converter, and air brakes.
It came from the factory this way. It has had no modifications to the driveline.
